The Florensia team officially released the details that how to change the job class. 

The pictures display the two different ways the Saint and the Explorer can choose when they reach level 40. When changing the job class, new skills and abilities get unlocked for the classes as well as the possibilities to specialize on various builds. The Shaman for example will work with the spirits of nature, whilst the Priest will rather call upon the light.
